Engineering – Collaborator
G-Force Integration has more than 20 years of experience designing, scaling, and maintaining sophisticated measurement and control software. Their relationship with Whiterock began through early work on Rep Builder, taking an initial codebase and transforming it into a robust, scalable architecture capable of growing alongside the company’s ambitions.
In Rep Builder, the software foundations that were established enabled a wide range of advanced features now central to the Whiterock platform. These included cloud-based data sharing, sophisticated user and permission management, and simultaneous viewing experiences that allow trainers and clients to engage with performance data in real time. The architectural decisions allowed Rep Builder to evolve organically over many years without sacrificing stability or performance.
Set Builder followed a similar approach, extending the original implementation with many of the same architectural improvements. By aligning the two systems, a cohesive software ecosystem that could support complex workflows was implemented and enabled consistent data handling, and future expansion across Whiterock’s product line.
Beyond primary product development, G-Force Integration played a key role in supporting Whiterock’s research and development efforts. This work included the development of dedicated software and measurement systems used to test and benchmark sensors directly, allowing Whiterock to evaluate sensor behavior, signal quality, drift, repeatability, and overall data reliability under controlled conditions. These tools helped establish confidence in the raw measurement layer before it was integrated into higher-level training applications.
G-Force Integration also contributed to software and systems used to evaluate exercise machines as mechanical systems rather than assumed-ideal platforms. This work supported the measurement and characterization of friction, mechanical stretch and compliance, resistance curves, and the influence of body mass and user interaction on measured output for specific machines. By separating machine behavior from human performance, these efforts improved the accuracy, consistency, and interpretability of data collected in real-world training environments.
Through decades of LabVIEW expertise and long-term collaboration with Whiterock, G-Force Integration has been instrumental in turning early software concepts into mature, scalable tools. Their work continues to underpin Whiterock’s data-driven training platform and supports the ongoing refinement of both measurement accuracy and user experience.
